Service:
- Offers secure, illicit substance-free, live-in environment
- Physician assessment informs and directs a medical treatment plan
- Educational group sessions designed to increase understanding of addiction, coping skills, symptom management and community resources
Criteria
Not everyone with substance abuse problems needs to go through a withdrawal management process. Our WMS staff will determine your level of need and immediacy based on a triage system. Participants will be helped to withdraw from substances (including prescription drugs) and alcohol.
Prospective male and female participants will be admitted if:
- the participant is experiencing alcohol and/or drug toxicity and health complications are probable
- the participant requests admission
- the participant is 19 years of age or older
- the participant is medically stable
