- Sliding scale, one-on-one counselling for youth ages 13 to 25, parents and families
- Affordable counselling for adults over 25 and couples counselling
- REACH Program-Outreach - one-on-one services for youth ages 16 to 25 to help them navigate housing, education, employment and government programs
- Great 2B Me Strengths based program - Program helps inididuals in discovering unique strengths and develop ways to build on them in careers and relationships.
- Subsidized Counselling Program - Subsidized counselling available for those who meet specific financial criteria. Contact for more information
- Support services includes: Client Advocacy and Support, outreach Services to school /community, and computer access & resource library
- Workshops, support groups and/or educational events provided at various times throughout the year
- All programs are subsidized, additional subsidies available for those who qualify
