1033 & 1043 Harvey House Transitional Housing

Harvey Houses provides multiple units of shared accommodation in the form of of low-cost housing for adult men (18+) who are able to maintain independent living.
1033 Harvey House provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where participants can engage in programs and activities that promote healthy living and facilitate participants’ transition.

1043 Harvey House is a nine-bed, supportive transitional home for men ages 19+ providing recovery-oriented services in a stable, abstinence-based and supportive living environment for individuals who have been held Not Criminally Responsible and under the supervision of Forensic Psychiatric Services (FPS)

Utilities Included: Telephone, Internet, Cable, Heat, Water. Laundry & Electricity. Additional Inclusions: Monthly food supplements and meals, as well as, toilet paper, dish detergent & laundry detergent.

Admission criteria:
  • Adult men (18+) who are able to maintain independent living
  • Men that are released into the community on conditional release, statutory release, provincial parole and/or subject to Long-term Supervision Orders from Federal institutions throughout Canada.


Please submit the Supportive Housing Registration (SHR) Service form to BC Housing’s Penticton office at 250-492-1080 (by fax). You can also scan/email the application to their Health & Housing Coordinator, Ana Frias at interiorregion@bchousing.org.
