Childhood Connections Okanagan Family & Childcare Society helps to connect families with the people and resources they need to help children thrive, including childcare providers, community partners, agencies, high-quality programming, services and support. They connect childcare providers with training and educational opportunities that help them improve childhood development outcomes.
Staff are available to help with parenting questions and concerns. Some of the issues that can be addressed include:
- Assistance in locating child care in your area that meets specific family needs
- Information about quality care for children
- Child care resources to assist on visits to child care programs
- Family resource programs
- Information on how to apply for subsidized care
