Social and Recreational Programs - For Individuals and Families Living with Autism.

Provided by Autism Okanagan

A variety of programs for individuals and families of those living with autism.
Programs include:
  • Young Ambassadors Program: A social program for young peoplefor ages 19 and over diagnosed with autism.
  • Hockey Program: Gives children and youth with autism and other developmental disabilities the opportunity to play hockey, and develop fitness, coordination, and social skills.
  • LEGO Club: A fun social skills group centred around the common interest of LEGO building for anyone ages 11-14 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Mom's Night Out: This event is held in May and is an opportunity for moms to get together for a night of good food, fun and relaxation.
  • Resources for other local and provincial programs
