Advocacy, Condition Specific Support, and Disability Services

Offers a helpline, information, support, and navigation services for individuals living with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities.
Helpline: The Helpline provides answers to questions, information requests, and referrals, helping individuals connect with community and government resources available to them. For assistance, contact the Helpline by email at clientsupport@celiac.ca or by phone at 1-800-363-7926 ext 224.


Online Peer Support: An online peer support group is available through a moderated, closed Facebook Group, where members can ask questions, share tips, and discover gluten-free products. The group is supported by trained volunteers. Click here to join. Please note that peer supporters do not provide medical advice; individuals are encouraged to consult with their family doctor or dietitian for medical concerns.

In-Person Support provides local support, events, information, and in-person meetings. Click here to join.

Advocacy: Advocates for the interests of the celiac disease and gluten sensitivities community, working to pave the way for longer, healthier lives for Canadians living with celiac disease. Includes: Access to CF Medicines. Click here to learn more.

Membership: The cost of membership is $20 per year, with an additional $1.05 processing fee for credit card payments. Membership is open to individuals aged 19 and older. A diagnosis of celiac disease is not required; membership is also available to those wishing to support a family member or friend who must follow a gluten-free diet or has celiac disease.
