Counselling and Wellness Centre - For individuals, couples, and families

Offers low-cost clinical counselling to help people of all ages manage their mental health and wellness.
The Counselling and Wellness Centre at MDABC exists to inspire and support people who wish to cultivate a calm mind, a resilient spirit, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Offers:
  • Individual, couples, and family counselling
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Group psychoeducational programs
  • Wellness groups and workshops
  • Psychoeducational assessments
  • Cognitive testing
  • Solution-focused therapy (SFT)
  • Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Individual counselling (Practicum) 50 minutes per session costs $50.
Clients of any age are welcome and no doctor’s referral is needed.
