- Individual, couples, and family counselling
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Group psychoeducational programs
- Wellness groups and workshops
- Psychoeducational assessments
- Cognitive testing
- Solution-focused therapy (SFT)
- Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-based approaches.
Individual counselling (Practicum) 50 minutes per session costs $50.
Clients of any age are welcome and no doctor’s referral is needed.
