Provides a range of services for people of all ages facing a life-threatening illness, including children, and their families
This Hospice features two Palliative Care suites for End of Life Care, for short-term admission for pain and symptom control, or for scheduled respite care to provide relief for home caregivers.
Referral: To access this service contact your local Home and Community Care Office where a Case Manager will determine needs and eligibility. Priority is always given to those with the highest need and at the greatest risk.
