Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Program

Provided by Family Resource Centre Society for the North Okanagan

An online program for adults that uses CBT to address mental health concerns.
The program offers three two-hour sessions focused on understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and behaviours. The concepts and skills, when practiced regularly, can help people learn new ways to cope and respond to their experiences.

The program is free to attend and takes place online through Zoom. Pre-registration is required.
