- Olive’s Branch:Operating from a 28-unit sober living facility, offers fully furnished studio-style units with around-the-clock staffing, case management, peer support, counseling services, shared common areas, and a fitness room, providing comprehensive wraparound support and 12-step based recovery programming to foster lasting sobriety.
- 24-hr Emergency Women's Shelter/Drop-in: 24-hour Emergency Women's Shelter offers safe beds and essential resources, including support workers for housing assistance, as well as laundry and shower facilities.
- EOPS (Episodic Overdose Prevention): A low-barrier approach to monitored substance use, eliminating access barriers to shelter services for at-risk women by allowing staff to observe and rapidly intervene to prevent overdoses.
- Outreach: Supports unhoused individuals by facilitating access to healthcare, income support, addiction recovery, and culturally appropriate services, while providing life skills support and collaborating with community teams, including participation at the Spirit Table, to enhance well-being and integration into the community.
- Housing Outreach: Utilizes specialized workers to break the cycle of homelessness by conducting individualized housing assessments, providing 24-hour support to landlords, advocating for placements with housing providers, and participating in BC Housing’s Coordinated Access Table.
- Evening Outreach: Operates from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., providing beverages, food, clothing, and transportation to shelters while collaborating with RCMP, hospitals, and other shelters, all supported by Peer workers, to bridge the gap in late-night support services.
- Health & Wellness Outreach: Enhances individual health by integrating outreach support with essential health care services, mitigating barriers like mistrust, discrimination, and transportation issues through personalized appointment assistance and transportation, ultimately improving chronic illness management and overall health outcomes through collaboration with health care providers.
- Rental Supplement Program: In partnership with BC Housing, provides financial assistance and support services to at-risk individuals facing homelessness, with restrictions and limitations requiring inquiries to the Outreach team for more information.
