Homelessness Outreach Navigator - For Homeless and At-Risk Individuals

A service for individuals who require in depth support to navigate the steps of a housing search
The first point of contact for individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness, who have been referred or who self-refer. After assessing and connecting with other supports that person may already be connected with, a navigator connects individuals to appropriate community resources and services, whether it be internal or external to CMHA Kelowna.
