Provided by Interior Health
Services provided for patients/clients: Help patients understand and access health services, provide connections to religious and spiritual services, provide advocacy and emotional support, and work as part of the multidisciplinary team to connect to services on discharge
Services are available through the hospital and/or the community. Service locations: Ashcroft, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Creston, Kamloops, Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon, Williams Lake.
Services are usually provided Monday - Friday during the day but can vary depending on the area of service. Services are provided in English and other Aboriginal languages.
No referral is required.
