Provides affordable counselling to adults, children and families
The program offers some appointments in person or by Tele-Health video. All counselling is confidential and provided by registered counsellors with a Master's Degree. Individual adult and children/family counselling can be accessed at no cost with a referral from the adult of the Child and Youth Mental Youth team at Interior Health.
Programs and services include:
  • Stopping the Violence Women’s Counselling – Individual and Groups - Self Referral
  • Low-Income Couples Counselling - Self Referral
  • Men’s Relationship Drop-In Group
  • Men’s Stress & Anger Drop-In Group
  • Parenting Skills Class
  • Registered with First Nations Health Authority
  • Registered with Crime Victims Assistance Program
  • Also offers private counselling on a Fee for Service basis.

Discovering the Roots of Self:
A 12 Week Psycho-Educational Group for men trying to navigate difficult experiences of depression, Anxiety, grief, loss, PTSD, shame and relationships. Trauma recovery for men by men – led by Registered Clinical Counsellors. Call the office to have your name added to the Waitlist for the next session.
