A wellness program for pregnant women.
This wellness program includes weekly fitness classes and exercise guidelines, nutrition tips, healthy lifestyle tips, and connections to a great wealth of knowledge in your community.

The program offers prenatal yoga, aquafit and education. The education program is composed of six rotating topics; individuals can choose when to attend each session for a program individualized to their needs. No registration required.
