Provides various health and social support services to the Lake Country community.
Lake Country Health serves as a community information and resource hub. Individuals in need of support are welcome to visit or book an appointment, and staff will work to connect them with the services and resources that best meet their needs.

Services available:
  • Free Tax Clinic: Operates a free tax clinic for the CRA. To be eligible for free tax preparation, individuals must have a modest income and a simple tax situation. This may include: adults 65 years and older, housing-insecure individuals, Indigenous Peoples, modest-income individuals, newcomers, persons with disabilities, students and youth.   • Information and Referral Support: Provides outreach support through referrals to assist individuals with shelter, navigating financial resources, and accessing emergency food. The program may also provide gas and pet gift cards, as well as bus tickets for travel between Lake Country and Kelowna or Vernon, helping individuals access essential services and supports during difficult times.
