Mental Health Support Services

Provided by Lake Country Health

Provides various mental health programs that are designed to reduce barriers to support, foster meaningful connections, and create safe, welcoming spaces for individuals in our community.
Programs include:
  • Grief Support: A grief support group to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. The support group meets biweekly for 90-minutes.
  • Resource Support: Staff guides clients through the process of finding resources and connecting them without the right support.
  • Guided Hikes: Gentle, guided hikes that promote mental well-being, connection with nature, and meaningful conversation in a supportive group setting.
  • Weekly Walk & Talk Group: A casual walking group that encourages connection, conversation, and light physical activity to support your mental and emotional wellness.
  • Drop-in Mental Health Chats: Stop by for open, drop-in conversations with staff—a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about whatever’s on your mind.
  • Monthly Social Events: Connect with others in a relaxed setting through fun, inclusive monthly events that support mental health and build community.
