- Grief Support: A grief support group to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. The support group meets biweekly for 90-minutes.
- Resource Support: Staff guides clients through the process of finding resources and connecting them without the right support.
- Guided Hikes: Gentle, guided hikes that promote mental well-being, connection with nature, and meaningful conversation in a supportive group setting.
- Weekly Walk & Talk Group: A casual walking group that encourages connection, conversation, and light physical activity to support your mental and emotional wellness.
- Drop-in Mental Health Chats: Stop by for open, drop-in conversations with staff—a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about whatever’s on your mind.
- Monthly Social Events: Connect with others in a relaxed setting through fun, inclusive monthly events that support mental health and build community.
