- Caregiver Peer Support Groups: The Caregiver Support Group is an encouraging space designed for individuals facing the stresses of unpaid caregiving. Caregiver support groups are currently available in Vernon, Kelowna, and Lake Country.
- Companion Care Break: This program provides informal respite for caregivers. The caregiver is matched up with a trained volunteer, who spends time with the care recipient, playing games or simply visiting. This program allows the caregiver tot take a break from their caregiving duties.
- Caregiver Individual Counselling: Caregivers in need of support can reach out to arrange for one-on-one professional counselling.
- Caregiver Equipment Bank: Provides free access to donated caregiving supplies for unpaid caregivers of older adults. Items range from incontinence products to walkers to shower stools.
