- Rapid Access Counselling (RAC): Offers free counselling to youth experiencing brain injury or concussion between the ages of 13-25 living in Central Okanagan, BC (from Armstrong to Peachland). Through a flexible drop-in format, experienced youth counsellors provide guidance and structure to help sort through personal challenges and celebrate successes.
- Life Skills Support: Each individual is matched with a personal facilitator who assists in identifying, setting, and achieving post-injury goals, while also helping to access necessary resources.
- Youth Support Group: Recovery after concussion or brain injury can be isolating and confusing; the Youth Support Group connects individuals with peers experiencing similar challenges.
- Resource Centre: The Youth section of the Resource Centre offers a curated selection of videos, webinars, articles, and recovery guides specifically designed for youth with concussion and brain injury. (Coming soon)
