- Life Skills Support: Individuals are matched with a personal facilitator to support the identification, setting, and achievement of post-injury goals. Assistance is also provided in accessing the necessary resources to reach those goals.
- Clinical Counseling: Clinical counsellors specializing in brain injury provide guidance and structure throughout the recovery journey, offering a safe space to navigate periods of uncertainty and personal growth.
- Group Programs: Group programs offer the opportunity to connect with others on a similar path and provide additional support throughout the recovery journey.
- Crime Prevention and Reduction Program: For individuals with a brain injury who are involved with the justice system, a range of services are available to support their recovery journey.
- Caregivers Support Program: Offers a comprehensive support program to help caregivers navigate times of stress and uncertainty, accept change, recognize personal growth, and prevent burnout.
