Provides family services to support First Nation families and their children
Family Support: The Family Support Worker works to support families and children that are at risk or involved with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). The program provides ongoing intervention, prevention, education, and support to First Nation families and children. For more information please contact the family support line.

Family Fitness: The family Fitness session is uniquely designed to create new experiences, encourage family wellness and teach new fitness activities, through Syilx culture land-based learning, gymnastics, exploring parks and trails, swimming, and contributing to the WFN community garden. Preregistration is required.

Fit Flow Yoga: The program is a fresh take on old traditions of movement patterns and music that calls us back to healing and trust in ourselves. The combination of power yoga, cardio-focused dance and body sculpting movements work together to strengthen the body and soul. All movements may be modified to suit your body and abilities. Preregistration is required.

snəqsilt snyaʕtans - Family Circle: The program is designed for parents with children aged birth to thirty months, this program is for aboriginal families and community members living on reserve. A healthy lunch is followed by a curriculum supported by Head Start and Success by Six. The information focuses on education, language and culture, health promotion, parent and family involvement, social support and nutrition. Please contact the family program coordinator for more information.

Connecting Fun for Families: The program is for families with children to the age of 12. It offers fun and interactive educational and cultural activities. Children are included in the program with activities designed for them. Each week has a different focus, but programs support parenting skills, nutrition, education, literacy, healthy choices, and community engagement.
