KCR produces an online searchable database where you can find information about front-line government services, not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Additionally, KCR is the Volunteer Centre of the Central Okanagan. They host a volunteer matching platform, the VolunteerConnector, and provide resources for volunteer managers such as volunteer fairs, workshops, and training.
Services are provided on the phone, in-person, in groups or individually, and virtually.
